What is your booking fee?

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your project with us.

How can I pay for my system setup?

Hello Systems, we believe in making your dream project a reality with our flexible payment options that keep things easy and enjoyable for you. Our standard plan includes a 20% booking fee, followed by 50% before we kick off your build, and the final 30% due once everything is completed and ready for handover.

But if you’re bursting with excitement and need a bit of wiggle room, we’ve got you covered with fantastic 4, 5 or 6 month payment plans—just reach out and we can set that up for you! Please note that these payment plans will have a small 10% surcharge. Either way, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Do I need a website to use this system?

A website can significantly boost your business revenue, but it is not a prerequisite for utilizing these systems. Pending your chosen Dubsado plan; you can either send your proposal through your CRM or you can publicly link to your lead form. Both help in making things easier for your clients to embark on their booking journey.

When can I start?

We’re excited to get you started, but please remember that your start dates will be assigned and confirmed once you’ve fully completed your onboarding questionnaire.

What is your onboarding process?

You will receive your comprehensive questionnaire immediately after you complete your booking fee payment, empowering you to provide all the vital details we need to design a project that perfectly aligns with your unique business aspirations.

The client Is required to provide the required information within 4 weeks from the time the questionnaire is sent out. We understand life can get busy, but please be mindful that if the questionnaire isn’t completed in this timeframe, a $200 fee will be applied to the project to help cover administrative delays and rescheduling.

If more than 6 weeks pass without completion, the client may be charged based on the current pricing at the time the questionnaire is completed, and we want to keep you in the loop! This means that if our prices have increased during the delay after 6 weeks, the client will be required to pay the updated pricing, so let’s work together to stay on track and ensure you get the best value!

Is there anything you recommend having before I start?

To ensure a smooth and successful Dubsado build, we’re excited to share some key requirements that you can easily fulfill to get things rolling!

To make the most of Dubsado’s incredible built-in scheduler, you’ll need to have Google, Microsoft or Apple Calendars on hand for effortless client management, scheduling, coordination, and communication that will keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. I personally use and love Google’s calendar! You can customise it with colour coding to help visually see all projects and appointments (perfect for us creatives).

The Dubsado scheduler is a fantastic tool, but it integrates with just one calendar, which means it may not be the best fit for teams with multiple members booking appointments on their own calendars. If your team is using their own calendars, we suggest exploring other options instead of Dubsado’s scheduler. However, don’t worry—we can seamlessly integrate a third-party scheduling solution if you need one!

Having an active account with either Square or Stripe, helps as the designated payment processor for all project-related transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for everyone involved.

Do you offer post project support?

Of course! You will recieve support 4 weeks after your project is handed over. This also includes the documents and resources used to create your system.

We highly recommend diving into Dubsado’s tutorials, as they are packed with valuable insights to tackle commonly asked questions about sending proposals and effectively operating the system.

The great news is that you will only need the Dubsado Starter Subscription for our Basic SYS Integation.

Monthly $20 (roughly $32.00 AUD).

With our discount, you will receive 20% off the first month – $16 (roughly $26.00 AUD) for first month, $20 after that.
